“Indalo Transport provided a world class exceptional service.
Our prized possessions including some very delicate pictures were carefully wrapped and nothing was too much trouble for either the pick up or delivery teams. Our shipment arrived in perfect order and the team was very patient with instructions on which rooms each item was to be stored. The vehicle was brand new and spotless. The teams observed social distancing and hygiene rules. And they even helped me put together a complicated piece of technical equipment which was not within their brief. Nothing was too much trouble and they went well over and above the norm. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed of every step in terms of timings of pickup and delivery and also being given the names of the teams.”

“The service provided by Indalo Transport has been excellent.
I had left it rather late contacting Mick to arrange the transport of our belongings from the UK to Spain and although he explained that they were extremely busy, he was able to accommodate us. The guys who came to collect our belongings were very friendly, polite and professional, recording every box and packing them into the transport crates with care. Mick kept us informed where our belongings were and when the time came for them to be delivered the guys from Indalo Transport who brought them were again very friendly, helpful and professional, arriving at the arranged time. Overall I have been very pleased with the service provided by the team at Indalo Transport and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others for an international move.

“We had quite a few problems with our move from Spain back to the UK.
I won’t go into details but we were very stressed! You may be surprised to see that I was still happy with the service. The way Mick helped us and the speed he did it was brilliant. He enabled us to replace furniture immediately and came to our house a bit later on and dealt with everything and took all the rubbish away. If you make a mistake admit it and put it right quickly. This is what Mick did and I would have no hesitation on recommending him or using him again myself.
