We made an unannounced visit to your depot in Palomares and had a very good introductory conversation with Paul. Next day he visited to view our goods and prepare the estimate. Paul was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that Indalo Transport would do a good job. Subsequently Ron and Neil came to pack up the goods. Now that we have been unpacking we can see what an excellent job they did, as well as being personable and friendly. Our shipment arrived on the specified date and time. Mike, your delivery driver, was in touch on arrival at Newhaven and arrived promptly next morning to hand over our belongings. All goods have arrived in perfect condition and we have been very impressed with the service you provided. In summary, we have been impressed with the efficiency of Indalo Transport and received excellent attention.

I had to write and thank Neil and Mike for the job they did today. I was dreading having to go through this alone but they were kind, efficient and professional. From when I first contacted Paul in 2022 not long after Stephen died, I have received nothing but wonderful, and most importantly, caring service and feedback. The fact that they wrapped most of the large artwork on site was a huge relief to me. An example of compassion today was when I asked Mike to take extra special care of a treasured very old and battered teddy bear. He "got it" and not many people do. I have done a total of 7 international moves - this has been the first one I have done alone and has been the least stressful. I don't want to go on but Neil and Mike are truly a credit to your company 👍👍 Please pass on my thanks to them.

Ross and Daniel moving my stuff from Málaga was great. Storage with you was good and reasonable price. Today you moved my stuff, all in tact, to my new home in roquetas de mar and young Ross, Neil and the big guy (forgot name) were fantastic. You made my life a lot easier. Only a couple of broken items. Longest part was the international team. Allied not very good with communication. Long delays in customs but eventually arrived 6 months later. (Move to South Africa)
