Top things to consider when you're ready for your Ireland removal
Inventory
When you’ve decided that you need a removal from Spain back to Ireland, you need to go through a bit of a de-clutter to make sure you don’t move with things you are not going to use.
Decluttering is an essential step when preparing for a move. As you embark on a new journey back to Ireland, taking the time to declutter can significantly simplify the moving process.
The process of decluttering before a move allows you to start fresh in your new space, surrounded only by items that hold true value or utility. Whether you're relocating to a new city, a different country, or even just a new neighborhood, decluttering ensures that your move is characterized by efficiency, organization, and a sense of renewed purpose.
You need to de-clutter
If you’re struggling to part with your possessions, here are three questions to ask yourself about each item
- Has it been used in the last three years?
- Is it something that’s easily replaced?
- Is it of sentimental value at all?
Clear the Clutter for your move to Ireland
If you’ve not used something for a while, it’s safe to say that you’re probably not going to use it in the future, so sell it or give it away to charity, otherwise it’ll take up precious space in your removal.
It’s hard to say how long it will take to de-clutter, so it’s always best to start as soon as possible.
So, when you’ve made a dent in what you’d like to take with you, and you know when you want to move, this is a great time to get in touch with Indalo Transport, as you are starting to get close to your move to Spain.
Packing for your move
If you don’t want to source packaging online, we can supply boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape for your smaller items, so that you can pack your own belongings.
However, if we carry out your removal, you get all packaging free! We even give you tape and tape gun too for Free!
The team at Indalo Transport does know that packing isn’t everyone’s favourite cup of tea, so we also offer a full packing service for your household goods. We promise that it will take away all the stresses involved in packing your own belongings.
Whilst it is a more expensive option, it’s certainly a more convenient and faster solution for you. You can relax and not have to worry about any part of the moving process at all. You can focus on what to do when your move to Ireland is complete and you have started your new life.
Expert packing and export wrapping for moving from Spain to Ireland
The Indalo Standard - carried out by professionals
They’ll mark up all your boxes so that we know where to put them when they arrive at their new home in Ireland. For larger items, they'll use a special export grade bubble blanket that’s been especially designed for protecting furniture on long moves. There is also a more eco friendly paper based 'pleatwrap' used for some of your furniture and pictures.
They also use special quilted sofa covers and padded TV covers to make sure that these items have the maximum protection.
Mattresses are put into heavy duty plastic bags to protect them. Pictures are export wrapped in bubble blanket. When the team come to loading the truck, they doubly protect your items again, by using removal transit blankets, and american style thick quilted pads to really make sure that everything stays in oerfect condition.
