I found the communication from Mick and Paul to be excellent. The Indalo storage/warehouse in Spain very nice indeed, it is spacious, organised and the feeling of teamwork therein noticeable. It was no problem to have some boxes delivered by courier for my pre packing for which I was not charged. The team chief, who arrived in England to transport my goods to Spain, has 30 years experience and was very fine; his co-worker too wrapped my glass and other breakables beautifully. The complex paperwork and customs clearance is something I don’t even have to think about! Thank goodness. The fleet is impressive and everyone was on time. Well done Indalo,

From the first visit to price up the move to delivery. They did our paperwork, packing, dismantling of a large storage bed (which was put back together at our new home). They arrived when they said they would. We cannot praise them enough for helping our move go as smoothly as it could.”

The four men that unloaded us in Spain (Steve and co) were also friendly, courteous , professional and extremely helpful, we cannot praise the staff highly enough. Whilst unpacking we noticed 3 glasses were broken, this was not an issue but Steve apologised and took photos of the breakages and the packing box, he told us Paul would be in touch. Later in another box we found 2 broken vases, which we took photos of along with the packing box. Unfortunately Paul has not contacted us, which we found disappointing. On 4th August we told Paul we were taking possession of the house on 31st August, we were quite surprised to hear that he was unable to deliver our belongings until 5th September! And even more surprised and a little disappointed to find they were to be delivered in 3 consignments spread over 2 days. This arrangement or the likelihood of it were not explained to us at the outset. Overall we are happy with the service, primarily because the staff at both end were excellent. However the niggles mentioned above did detract from the experience, particularly as this is a premium priced package.”
