Mick answered every question (and there were many, trust me) promptly and efficiently. His team arrived on time to collect our removals and did it all with a smile and unwavering humour. Due to Brexit and new regulations, our furniture had to be stored awaiting customs clearance, which Mick did free of charge without hesitation.
